Jason Berkowitz - President

Jason Berkowitz is the founder, owner and president of Roscoe Properties, Inc, a full-service, commercial real estate management firm.  While still an undergraduate at  the University of Texas, Jason began his entrepreneurial career as an analyst for a real estate investment group in Philadelphia.
Upon returning to Austin to complete his degree in Psychology, Jason joined the brokerage team at Investors Alliance, and brokered more than 50 million dollars in commercial transactions within the first couple of years.  During that same period Jason began acquiring apartment buildings and quickly learned the importance of solid management and the resulting subsequent upside potential.  Consequently, in 2003, he created Roscoe Properties.
Since that time, Jason has solidified a third party management division and assembled a strong team of experienced and dedicated Roscoe employees with combined experience of more than 50 years in the industry.  Today Roscoe Properties manages multifamily, office, retail, and residential properties and has a growing reputation for providing the most professional, highest quality property, asset and construction management services available.

Hank Farrell - Business Development and Acquisitions

Hank began his real estate career as a summer intern in the Dallas office of Upstream Capital. Upon completion of his degree at the University of Texas at Austin, Hank joined the team at Upstream Capital. During his tenure at Upstream, Hank assisted in raising $80 million dollars through various equity and venture capital vehicles.
In 2007, Hank returned to Austin and joined McAllister and Associates as Investment Property Specialist. Combining his proven track record in capital formation with the expanding Austin real estate market, Hank became one of the company’s top performers; recording over $30 million dollars in real estate transactions closed, in just two years.
Hank is currently partnered with Jason Berkowitz at Roscoe Properties, Inc. and is focused on obtaining new third-party management clients and raising capital for the Real Estate Investment Division.

Angelique Goodnough - Executive Vice President

Angelique is responsible for the property management operations and supervises the Regional Managers. She has over 30 years experience as a principal with two of the nation’s largest real estate management firms.

Steven Rea, CPM® – Vice President, Administration

Steven is an experienced property manager with expertise in property management software.  He is responsible for implementation of Roscoe’s training program and the integration and development of management systems. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Real Estate Management, (IREM®) Chapter 61, and was named Member of The Year in 2011. In April 2013, Steven was approved as an Instructor for the Institute of Real Estate Management and currently teaches their Introduction to Finance coursework (FIN402).

Bianca Nunez – Regional Manager

Beginning her career in property management in 2001, Bianca has work experience that includes supervision of both large and small portfolios in the Austin region. Bianca is currently working towards her CPM through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Brennon Skaggs - Regional Manager

Brennon has 6 years of Property Management experience, beginning in 2007 with AMLI Residential. Through his dedication and passion for his career, he has grown from a temporary Leasing Consultant to an Assistant Regional manager within a year and a half since he began at Roscoe in 2011. Brennon specializes in managing rehab and lease-up properties, and his team at The Grove was awarded Property of the Year by the Austin Apartment Association in 2012. Brennon is a certified pool operator and is currently working towards his CPM through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
